I really wish it wasn't all about this, but it is. Can't we ever settle this and move on? There are other issues. Even some we agree on.

Primarily democrats are aborting their future voters of America; ergo the country will continue to become more conservative. And then if Ted Kennedy could manage to drive off a bridge again, and Kerry would go back to Vietnam, and Durbin would be voted out of office, and Biden would go copy someone else's book--that leaves Boxer and Byrd droppings. Surely he'll bite the dust soon.

Although I do find it funny that the conservative movement would be VERY willing to state that their candidate is anti-abortion (and gay marriage) while if you asked Harry Reid if he wanted a pro-choice person, there'd be a lot of doublespeak.

You'd think that they'd at least support a PBA ban, considering that like the fetus about to get skewered, they, too, have their bodies out in the world but their heads engaged in an orifice.

Problem is, with ROE, any given Democrat who opposes NARAL is committing suicide for little or no reason.

I voted for Bush and a republican for the first time. Democrats can no longer lie and controll the Media without impunity and it's starting to show. When we turn that 10% into a margin of victory for the Republicans , we will be on our way to ridding the United States of the criminal and traitorous Democrats that have been dragging this great nation through the mud all for their arrogant selfish and personal agenda. It is as much defined by it as the Dems are defined by it. As I've posted elsewhere this is the result of a HIDEOUSLY BAD choice by the US Supreme Court to force an issue before its time, in such a way as to prevent any democratic participation.
This issue should have been OVER by 1980, with abortion law being about what it is in Europe (some allowed, some not). But the Supreme Court's anti-democratic judicial coup has prevented resolution. They really f***ed up.

they want babies to go to term and get born;
and they think that marriage is best if always kept as a social contract between a man and a woman. oh - how evil!
(this reminds me of what lincoln - a GOP-er - said about dog's tails: he asked his son how many legs would a dog have if you called his tail a leg? his son said 5. abe said, NO; just because you call a tail a leg, doesn't MAKE it a leg.
I say: ditto gay marriage; just because the Left wants to call it a marriage doesn't make it a marriage.
the left has always been about a "counter-culture" which has always been about destroying traditional culture; the left has been working since the 1960'2 to destroy motherhood; marriage; the work ethic; self-defense; national defense and personal empowerment.
abortion was part of the sexual revolution - along with birth control pills, and meant to "liberate" promiscuous men and women from any responsibility for the results of sex inorder to increase promiscuity and destory the traditonal family structure.
sadly - for the elft - abortion has meant that they are self-extincting themselves; it's the so-called "abortion effect." lefties have more abortions than conservatives, and hence they have fewer kids. ALSO: they don't live in or promoter family friendly environments; they love eating out, night-clubbing; and they still look down on stay-at-home-moms.
the problem is that since they still dominate the media and the MSM, they have a disprportionate influence over the WHOLE country - including places they have never (and wouldnever) live or visit.
the left LOVES this disproportionate pwer - it's why they adore the filibuster.
