Despite the swimmer and shmucky shumer's allegations that Bush needs to confer with them, the Constitution states that the President has the power to elect a lawyer to the Supreme Bozo's himself.
Further, it would do them a great future service to remember that the Democrats lost the election.

And lest anyone think that the Supreme Court is a great model of divinity, look at the two stupid decisions they made this week in favor of banning the 10 Commandments from the courtroom (which Western laws are based on) and the right for the fat cats to take away property from the little guy (if it benefits town taxes). This from the group of nitwits who voted FOR segregation, AGAINST civil rights, and FOR japanese American internment in camps during ww2.
