California NOT a Lock for Kerry

According to a May 5-6th SurveyUSA poll, Kerry leads Bush by only one point (46-45) in California. Statistical tie, as they say. And Arnold hasn't been free to campaign for him yet!

But here's the real kicker

OF BUSH VOTERS, 80% SAY THEY ARE VOTING 'FOR' BUSH. OF KERRY VOTERS, JUST 35% SAY THEY ARE VOTING 'FOR' KERRY. 61% OF KERRY VOTERS SAY THEY ARE VOTING 'AGAINST' BUSH.
So, of the 46% who are voting for Kerry, only 35% actually want him as President. That's about 16% of the total survey who want Kerry. Hillary's phone must be ringing all the time about now. Same with John Edwards. I bet you even Jesse Jackson could get better support numbers.

2004: Kerry Because I'm Not Bush!

Democrats must look at Kerry every day and wonder just what they've done to themselves.
